Embossing Information

We are pleased to be able to offer an embossing service so that you can personalise your belts or accessories. Having your initials discreetly embossed adds a classy finishing touch and of course if you are buying something as a gift then adding initials is really lovely detail.

So...a few things to know about our embossing service :

What can I emboss?

You are able to emboss up to 3 initials without spaces/punctuation. For the moment we cannot emboss numbers or dates but hope to be able to offer this service soon.

Font type / Size

Our letters are UPPERCASE in Times New Roman font - the font is 6mm high

What items can I emboss?

Any belt and most accessories can be embossed subject to space. We can emboss on both plain or textured leather (so either on the inside or outside) but please bear in mind that if we emboss on textured leather there is a chance that you will see small breakage lines in the foil due to the uneven nature of the surface.

What positions can I have my items embossed in?

Belts can be embossed in 2 different positions, either towards the tip end of the belt or close to the buckle end. The Initials can be embossed in either landscape or portrait orientation. All of these options will be offered when adding personalisation to your cart. By default we emboss on the INSIDE of belts. If you would like us to emboss on the OUTSIDE please let us know this in the customer comment section and we will do our best to accommodate dependent on leather type)

For accessories due to the variety of permutations we have to use our best judgement as to where to place the emboss. When adding personalisation to your cart you will have the option to select to have the embossing either inside or outside. Our embossing specialist will then use his discretion to select the best location for embossing.

Silver, Gold or Blind (no colour)

How much does it cost?

We offer a standard price of £15 for up to 3 letters.

How long will this take?

If you choose to have initials added to one of your purchases please allow 7 days from the date of order for the item to be ready for shipment. 

Exchange/Refund/Returns

Once an item is personalised it unfortunately cannot be exchanged or refunded. We can of course still shorten any belt style that is too large.

  • This belt takes its name from the most dapper of professional golfers who was a true legend of the game in the 1920's/30's - Gene Sarazen 'The Squire 'was known for his sartorial elegance and cutting edge style - not to mention his 7 major championship wins! We always love mixing leather textures together but for this belt design we have branched out looking to meld together the wonderfully soft tactile feel of suede and pairing it up with timeless linen. The marriage of these 2 fabulous textures seems so natural, bringing forth both elegance as well as a hint of vintage style. The sharp tip shape and delicately contrast colour twin stitched edges give this belt a clean crisp look. This belt with its chocolate suede edging and beige linen inner is beautifully finished off with a stylish etched prong style buckle. The aged gold tone of the metal gives the belt warmth whilst the etched surface detail pays homage to the criss cross linen texture it is perched upon. This belt would be ideal paired on casual trousers, whether chinos or jeans and of course shorts, perhaps as a replacement for a more traditional suede belt. It would be a natural partner to any outfit containing linen and with its lighter construction also ideal for shorts. This Sarazen belt will certainly mark you out as someone with a real sense of style who is willing to push boundaries.

    Orders made by midday BST will be despatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Is my second one. The first one has now gone a bit yellow and some of the white has worn off. It would be nice if there was a restoration service, as the actual leather is still good.
