Burgundy and plum tones give it depth, while flecks of gold shimmer through the paler areas, so the strap glows softly as you move. Fastening it is our crystal interlock buckle, a looping, infinity-style knot set all the way round with burgundy Swarovski crystals. They’re the perfect match for the leather, glinting like tiny garnets, and the frame is a moody gunmetal that seems to sink into the darker tones of the strap, so the crystals appear almost to float on the leather. As the loops twist over and under one another, the sparkle of the crystals and the shimmer of the metallic finish play off each other beautifully. It’s a true centrepiece.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is an evening belt at heart, but it’s far too lovely to save for special occasions. At night, wear it at the waist of a black or deep plum dress, or with silk trousers and a cream blouse, and let it be your jewellery. By day, it brings richness to a grey knit, a camel coat or dark denim. Plum looks gorgeous with black, charcoal, cream and soft pink.
