Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with any of your purchases from the Elliot Rhodes website we will be happy to offer either a full refund or exchange so long as the products have not been used or worn and are returned as new within 14 days of purchase along with the receipt.

Please note that this 14 day refund/exchange policy applies to Online Sales only - if you have purchased or intend to purchase in store please note that we are happy to exchange purchases (except for Sale items - please see sale T&C in store) or provide a credit note (valid for 1 year) but store purchases are not eligible for refund.

We will also for a period of 6 months from purchase replace or repair any defective products. We will not be be able to replace any products that have been damaged through abnormal wear/usage.

We are willing at any time and at no cost to shorten a belt that is deemed too long such that it is suitable for wear. Any postal charges incurred will be at the cost of the customer.

Please note that items that have been Personalised (embossed) cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

Your full statutory rights are maintained at all times.

Sale Items

Sale Belts can of course be shortened to your specified size but please pay great attention when choosing your size as with limited stock of sale items we may not be able to provide you with a larger size if you order a belt that is too small for you.

Please note that all SALE items will come in our standard SALE packaging and not in our standard presentation/gift packaging.


Elliot Rhodes guarantees to refund any item you are not completely happy with when returned to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited back using your original payment method within 7 days of return of merchandise.

If you do wish to return all or part of your order please fill in and enclose the Customer Returns form that came with your order and send it back to the address indicated on this form.

Returns by post

Online orders can only be returned to us by post. Please fill in and enclose your Customer Returns form (enclosed with each purchase) indicating the reason for return. When sending please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Elliot Rhodes cannot be held responsible for the loss of any items in transit.

Refunding the Delivery Charge

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.


All rights, including copyright, in the content of these Elliot Rhodes web pages are owned or controlled for these purposes by Elliot Rhodes Ltd. In accessing Elliot Rhodes web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, download, store (in any medium), transmit, show in public, adapt or change in any way the content of these Elliot Rhodes Ltd web pages for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Elliot Rhodes Ltd


By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. 


All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and you will be advise of any price variations prior to shipment and will have the right to cancel your order.

Availability of Goods

All items are usually despatched within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that they are temporarily unavailable every effort will be made to get the product sourced and an estimated delay will be advised to you. If Elliot Rhodes has insufficient stock at the time of order placement and the advised delay is unacceptable Elliot Rhodes will confirm the address given in your order form and any sum which may have been debited from your credit card will be re-credited to you within 7 days of the date of your order. 

Your undertakings and warranties

You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.

Acknowledgement of Order

When you have completed the order, your details will be confirmed as part of the payment process prior no dispatch. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations. Please note that when you place an order on the site Elliot Rhodes will acknowledge it, but reserve the right to notify you if the price has been incorrectly featured, and amend the charge to you accordingly. Should you not wish to proceed with the transaction at the new price your order will be cancelled and you will incur no charge. 


All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Statutory Rights. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Force majeure

Elliot Rhodes shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. 

Limitation of Liability

Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection Act (Distance Selling Regulations) , if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, and in certain circumstances the postage cost.

Safe Shopping - secure guarantee

Elliot Rhodes places great importance on maintaining the security of the information that you provide and for this reason we use advanced Internet security system to safeguard your data. All the data that you send through, including your credit/debit card number and name and address, is encrypted and converted into code before it is transmitted across the Internet. Therefore in the extremely unlikely event that the data should be intercepted, it would be encrypted and difficult to decipher.

Complaint handling and dispute resolution process

We hope that you're pleased with any purchase you've made or service you've received from Elliot Rhodes, and that you won’t have reason to complain - but if there's something you're not happy with please speak to a store manager or email elliot@elliotrhodes.com and we will do our utmost to resolve your complaint.

Invalidity of Terms and Conditions

If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts between you and Elliot Rhodes Ltd shall be governed by English Law, and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
