Looking at this belt it is hard to say anything other than 'Wow'. Over the years it is true that we have worked with many types of animal textured leathers and python effect in particular…but this new metallic aspis leather is really something special. Its texture alone is beguiling and unbelievably realistic, but by bleaching out the leather and adding a multitude of earthy highlights along with metallic flecks it becomes truly spectacular. Of course it is the merging of both belt and buckle that is important and on this occasion we love the elegance of our gold toned open frame buckle. The sleek open shape with its crisp bevelled edges keeps the belt light in feel whilst framing the leather below. This belt is certainly an attention seeker but hopefully in a good way - it will bring to life any outfit it is paired with - whether worn with simple denim or used for a more contemporary look this belt will catch the eye and bring your outfit to life. It will sit wonderfully well on paler summer tones, white, linens and the like but I have no doubt it will also find its place to liven up darker winter outfits too!
