Embossing Information

We are pleased to be able to offer an embossing service so that you can personalise your belts or accessories. Having your initials discreetly embossed adds a classy finishing touch and of course if you are buying something as a gift then adding initials is really lovely detail.

So...a few things to know about our embossing service :

What can I emboss?

You are able to emboss up to 3 initials without spaces/punctuation. For the moment we cannot emboss numbers or dates but hope to be able to offer this service soon.

Font type / Size

Our letters are UPPERCASE in Times New Roman font - the font is 6mm high

What items can I emboss?

Any belt and most accessories can be embossed subject to space. We can emboss on both plain or textured leather (so either on the inside or outside) but please bear in mind that if we emboss on textured leather there is a chance that you will see small breakage lines in the foil due to the uneven nature of the surface.

What positions can I have my items embossed in?

Belts can be embossed in 2 different positions, either towards the tip end of the belt or close to the buckle end. The Initials can be embossed in either landscape or portrait orientation. All of these options will be offered when adding personalisation to your cart. By default we emboss on the INSIDE of belts. If you would like us to emboss on the OUTSIDE please let us know this in the customer comment section and we will do our best to accommodate dependent on leather type)

For accessories due to the variety of permutations we have to use our best judgement as to where to place the emboss. When adding personalisation to your cart you will have the option to select to have the embossing either inside or outside. Our embossing specialist will then use his discretion to select the best location for embossing.

How much does it cost?

We offer a standard price of £15 for up to 3 letters.

How long will this take?

If you choose to have initials added to one of your purchases please allow 7 days from the date of order for the item to be ready for shipment. 

Exchange/Refund/Returns

Once an item is personalised it unfortunately cannot be exchanged or refunded. We can of course still shorten any belt style that is too large.

Description

There are belts for every season, and then there are belts that make you feel like summer has already arrived. This is one of those. The Orcavacca leather is something quite different — full-grain cow shoulder with a raw, organic texture that feels completely natural and entirely unforced. No animal print, no pattern imposed upon it. Just the hide doing its own thing, the surface moving through bleached ivory and warm sand in a way that looks genuinely sun-drenched. Like leather that has spent a long, happy summer somewhere very agreeable and come back all the better for it. Pick it up and you will immediately understand what I mean — it has a character and warmth that more polished leathers simply cannot replicate. The buckle is a lovely counterpoint to all of that natural texture — a hammered silver prong frame, its beaten surface playing beautifully against the organic quality of the leather beneath it. And then along the lower edge, a row of Swarovski crystals in fumé and smoked topaz, leading to a single larger faceted stone at the corner. It is a detail that catches you by surprise in the best possible way — just enough sparkle to lift the whole combination without ever taking it somewhere it shouldn't go. Playful, confident and completely right. For women, this belt was made for summer linen — cream, white, sand, anything that breathes. Worn over a simple dress it has an effortless quality that looks considered without trying. With wide-leg trousers and a loose shirt it is the kind of dressing that feels genuinely free. This is not just a belt. It is a little piece of summer you can wear all year round — and on the days when you need reminding that the sun does actually exist, this is the one to reach for. These belts are made in our small Spanish atelier, where belts are still made one at a time by people who care deeply about getting it right.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Orders made by midday BST will be despatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (with the exception of Public Holidays) and delivered on working days.
