If you like the idea of moving away from flatter leather to something a little more tactile then 'hair on' cowhide, or 'Pony Hair' as we like to call it is a really great alternative. We love the way these belts portray a real depth of colour and in this burn out version you get the benefit of a rich multi hued effect with a variety of undertones. With this particular strap we have actually gone for a 'Devore' burn out effect which contrives to show patches of dark brown leather amongst the pony hair for extra texture and two tone originality. For your buckle choice you can keep it relatively simple with almost any finish, although we are partial to distressed or matt finishes for the way it gives a tonal look to the whole belt. This belt can be paired with any type of buckle - it is a great backdrop for some of our more contemporary designs but a simple buckle will keep focus squarely on the belt itself. As with most of our pony hair styles we have made this with a softer construction for extra flexibility and added the tonal edge piping for a little extra sleekness. This belt is ideal to be worn both casually when you feel like adding a shot of colour to an outfit, it is perfect for denim.
