Embossing Information

We are pleased to be able to offer an embossing service so that you can personalise your belts or accessories. Having your initials discreetly embossed adds a classy finishing touch and of course if you are buying something as a gift then adding initials is really lovely detail.

So...a few things to know about our embossing service :

What can I emboss?

You are able to emboss up to 3 initials without spaces/punctuation. For the moment we cannot emboss numbers or dates but hope to be able to offer this service soon.

Font type / Size

Our letters are UPPERCASE in Times New Roman font - the font is 6mm high

What items can I emboss?

Any belt and most accessories can be embossed subject to space. We can emboss on both plain or textured leather (so either on the inside or outside) but please bear in mind that if we emboss on textured leather there is a chance that you will see small breakage lines in the foil due to the uneven nature of the surface.

What positions can I have my items embossed in?

Belts can be embossed in 2 different positions, either towards the tip end of the belt or close to the buckle end. The Initials can be embossed in either landscape or portrait orientation. All of these options will be offered when adding personalisation to your cart. By default we emboss on the INSIDE of belts. If you would like us to emboss on the OUTSIDE please let us know this in the customer comment section and we will do our best to accommodate dependent on leather type)

For accessories due to the variety of permutations we have to use our best judgement as to where to place the emboss. When adding personalisation to your cart you will have the option to select to have the embossing either inside or outside. Our embossing specialist will then use his discretion to select the best location for embossing.

How much does it cost?

We offer a standard price of £15 for up to 3 letters.

How long will this take?

If you choose to have initials added to one of your purchases please allow 7 days from the date of order for the item to be ready for shipment. 

Exchange/Refund/Returns

Once an item is personalised it unfortunately cannot be exchanged or refunded. We can of course still shorten any belt style that is too large.

Description

Sometimes the most sophisticated design choice is knowing when to let the leather do the talking. When I created this Dunaway belt, I wanted every element to work in harmony - the intricate leather work taking centere stage while the hardware plays a perfectly supporting role.The leather work is where we've really focused our energy. We've engraved an organic leaf pattern across the entire surface, creating this tactile, botanical texture that feels both natural and artfully considered. The washed vegetable tanned leather gives the black finish a soft, broken-in quality that's immediately comfortable and effortlessly cool from the first wear. We've punctuated the design with antique gold rivet formations arranged in distinctive arrowhead patterns at intervals along the belt, adding just the right amount of metallic detail without overwhelming the elegance of the piece.Where I think this design really comes together is in my buckle choice. I selected this sleek antique silver buckle with an etched texture that echoes the detailed surface of the leather itself. The sculpted shaping gives it presence and substance - it's substantial enough to feel quality when you handle it, but refined enough to maintain that cool sophistication I was after. The slightly curved profile sits beautifully against the body, and that etched finish catches the light subtly, adding interest without competing with the belt's intricate detailing.This is what I call intelligent restraint. The buckle complements rather than competes, which means the beautiful leaf engraving and the thoughtful rivet placement remain the stars of the show. It's an approach that gives this belt remarkable versatility - it works seamlessly in slightly more formal settings while still having enough character for casual weekend wear.I see this as your go-to belt when you want sophistication with an edge. Delivery

Orders made by midday BST will be despatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (with the exception of Public Holidays) and delivered on working days.
