Embossing Information

We are pleased to be able to offer an embossing service so that you can personalise your belts or accessories. Having your initials discreetly embossed adds a classy finishing touch and of course if you are buying something as a gift then adding initials is really lovely detail.

So...a few things to know about our embossing service :

What can I emboss?

You are able to emboss up to 3 initials without spaces/punctuation. For the moment we cannot emboss numbers or dates but hope to be able to offer this service soon.

Font type / Size

Our letters are UPPERCASE in Times New Roman font - the font is 6mm high

What items can I emboss?

Any belt and most accessories can be embossed subject to space. We can emboss on both plain or textured leather (so either on the inside or outside) but please bear in mind that if we emboss on textured leather there is a chance that you will see small breakage lines in the foil due to the uneven nature of the surface.

What positions can I have my items embossed in?

Belts can be embossed in 2 different positions, either towards the tip end of the belt or close to the buckle end. The Initials can be embossed in either landscape or portrait orientation. All of these options will be offered when adding personalisation to your cart. By default we emboss on the INSIDE of belts. If you would like us to emboss on the OUTSIDE please let us know this in the customer comment section and we will do our best to accommodate dependent on leather type)

For accessories due to the variety of permutations we have to use our best judgement as to where to place the emboss. When adding personalisation to your cart you will have the option to select to have the embossing either inside or outside. Our embossing specialist will then use his discretion to select the best location for embossing.

How much does it cost?

We offer a standard price of £15 for up to 3 letters.

How long will this take?

If you choose to have initials added to one of your purchases please allow 7 days from the date of order for the item to be ready for shipment. 

Exchange/Refund/Returns

Once an item is personalised it unfortunately cannot be exchanged or refunded. We can of course still shorten any belt style that is too large.

Description

Joan Jett — Queen of Rock and Roll, Godmother of Punk, the woman who made black on black a uniform for anyone who refused to play it safe. But make it fashion. The Jett in black suede and glitter edging already has plenty to say — that soft, light-absorbing suede centre framed by dark glitter trim that catches the light with a fine, almost nocturnal sparkle, the rivets running alongside with a quiet, rhythmic insistence. Tactile, layered and completely its own thing. And then this buckle arrives and takes the whole conversation somewhere rather wonderful. The swirl is one of my favourite buckle designs — and this reimagined version for the 30mm width, set with fumé and clear Swarovski crystals scattered along its fluid, organic curves, is the best it has ever looked. The form is loose and free, an irregular swirling shape that feels hand-drawn rather than engineered, the silver surface catching the light as it moves. And those crystals — some smoky fumé, some bright clear — dotted along the curves with a lightness that gives the whole buckle a jewellery quality that is genuinely beautiful. It is rock and roll and it is glamorous and it is, somehow, both of those things at exactly the same time. At 30mm this belt wears with real elegance. With a simple black dress it is the detail that makes the outfit feel considered and complete. With dark jeans and a silk blouse it has an effortless evening quality that most accessories take years to develop. For anyone who wants the attitude without sacrificing the glamour — or the glamour without sacrificing the attitude — this is exactly it. This is not just a belt. Delivery

Orders made by midday BST will be despatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (with the exception of Public Holidays) and delivered on working days.
