Embossing Information

We are pleased to be able to offer an embossing service so that you can personalise your belts or accessories. Having your initials discreetly embossed adds a classy finishing touch and of course if you are buying something as a gift then adding initials is really lovely detail.

So...a few things to know about our embossing service :

What can I emboss?

You are able to emboss up to 3 initials without spaces/punctuation. For the moment we cannot emboss numbers or dates but hope to be able to offer this service soon.

Font type / Size

Our letters are UPPERCASE in Times New Roman font - the font is 6mm high

What items can I emboss?

Any belt and most accessories can be embossed subject to space. We can emboss on both plain or textured leather (so either on the inside or outside) but please bear in mind that if we emboss on textured leather there is a chance that you will see small breakage lines in the foil due to the uneven nature of the surface.

What positions can I have my items embossed in?

Belts can be embossed in 2 different positions, either towards the tip end of the belt or close to the buckle end. The Initials can be embossed in either landscape or portrait orientation. All of these options will be offered when adding personalisation to your cart. By default we emboss on the INSIDE of belts. If you would like us to emboss on the OUTSIDE please let us know this in the customer comment section and we will do our best to accommodate dependent on leather type)

For accessories due to the variety of permutations we have to use our best judgement as to where to place the emboss. When adding personalisation to your cart you will have the option to select to have the embossing either inside or outside. Our embossing specialist will then use his discretion to select the best location for embossing.

How much does it cost?

We offer a standard price of £15 for up to 3 letters.

How long will this take?

If you choose to have initials added to one of your purchases please allow 7 days from the date of order for the item to be ready for shipment. 

Exchange/Refund/Returns

Once an item is personalised it unfortunately cannot be exchanged or refunded. We can of course still shorten any belt style that is too large.

Description

There are combinations that work through colour, and combinations that work through something deeper — a shared language of texture and form that resonates in a way that is felt before it is understood. This belt is the latter. The hand-embossed chevron nubuck and the CNC-cut feather edge buckle are in a conversation so natural and so complete that the two seem designed specifically for each other. The hand-embossed chevron surface of the mole nubuck is extraordinary in itself — the fine herringbone relief pressing through the leather with a precision that gives a single cool grey-brown tone an endlessly shifting depth. But it is the buckle that elevates this from great to exceptional. CNC-machined from solid brass in a deep satin gunmetal finish, its rectangular frame is bordered by a continuous feather or rope-edged detail — a rhythmic, tactile border that finds an immediate and deeply satisfying kinship with the directional lines of the chevron beneath. Texture speaking to texture, pattern acknowledging pattern, with a coherence that feels completely inevitable. The colour match is equally considered — the satin gunmetal settling into the mole nubuck with the same quiet tonal harmony, neither competing nor disappearing, simply belonging. Handcrafted in our Spanish atelier, this is a belt for the true connoisseur of detail. How to wear it: At its finest with grey and charcoal tailoring where the tonal palette creates a look of complete, considered refinement. Equally distinguished with navy or soft earthy tones for smart casual occasions where the texture detail rewards every closer look. Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Orders made by midday BST will be despatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (with the exception of Public Holidays) and delivered on working days.
