Embossing Information

We are pleased to be able to offer an embossing service so that you can personalise your belts or accessories. Having your initials discreetly embossed adds a classy finishing touch and of course if you are buying something as a gift then adding initials is really lovely detail.

So...a few things to know about our embossing service :

What can I emboss?

You are able to emboss up to 3 initials without spaces/punctuation. For the moment we cannot emboss numbers or dates but hope to be able to offer this service soon.

Font type / Size

Our letters are UPPERCASE in Times New Roman font - the font is 6mm high

What items can I emboss?

Any belt and most accessories can be embossed subject to space. We can emboss on both plain or textured leather (so either on the inside or outside) but please bear in mind that if we emboss on textured leather there is a chance that you will see small breakage lines in the foil due to the uneven nature of the surface.

What positions can I have my items embossed in?

Belts can be embossed in 2 different positions, either towards the tip end of the belt or close to the buckle end. The Initials can be embossed in either landscape or portrait orientation. All of these options will be offered when adding personalisation to your cart. By default we emboss on the INSIDE of belts. If you would like us to emboss on the OUTSIDE please let us know this in the customer comment section and we will do our best to accommodate dependent on leather type)

For accessories due to the variety of permutations we have to use our best judgement as to where to place the emboss. When adding personalisation to your cart you will have the option to select to have the embossing either inside or outside. Our embossing specialist will then use his discretion to select the best location for embossing.

How much does it cost?

We offer a standard price of £15 for up to 3 letters.

How long will this take?

If you choose to have initials added to one of your purchases please allow 7 days from the date of order for the item to be ready for shipment. 

Exchange/Refund/Returns

Once an item is personalised it unfortunately cannot be exchanged or refunded. We can of course still shorten any belt style that is too large.

Description

Some belts whisper. This one does not. The Shaft is built from washed vegetable tanned leather — tanned slowly and traditionally, then given a finish that carries an unmistakable vintage sensibility. Supple, slightly rugged, beautifully irregular in tone. The kind of leather that looks lived-in from day one and only improves as it ages. Antique silver studs run the full length of both edges, and micro-perforations are arranged in precise vertical bands across the entire surface — a structured, industrial grid that sets the stage perfectly for what sits at the centre. The buckle is, quite simply, one of the most extraordinary pieces of hardware I've ever put on a belt. A half skull in aged silver — not a flat motif, not a graphic, but a fully three-dimensional sculptural form that rises dramatically from the frame, its cranium emerging as if breaking through the surface of the belt itself. The bone structure is rendered with genuine anatomical detail, every contour and hollow present and correct, the aged silver finish settling differently across the raised planes and recessed depths so the whole thing shifts and glows as you move. Dark stones in the eye sockets add the final touch — unnerving, magnetic, completely compelling. Against the deep blue studded leather the combination is pure rock and roll. Uncompromising, committed, absolutely certain of itself. Wear it with black jeans, dark denim, anything that gives this belt the darkness it deserves. Works well for both men and women who know exactly what they want from a belt — and aren't afraid to wear it. Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Orders made by midday BST will be despatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (with the exception of Public Holidays) and delivered on working days.
