Embossing Information

We are pleased to be able to offer an embossing service so that you can personalise your belts or accessories. Having your initials discreetly embossed adds a classy finishing touch and of course if you are buying something as a gift then adding initials is really lovely detail.

So...a few things to know about our embossing service :

What can I emboss?

You are able to emboss up to 3 initials without spaces/punctuation. For the moment we cannot emboss numbers or dates but hope to be able to offer this service soon.

Font type / Size

Our letters are UPPERCASE in Times New Roman font - the font is 6mm high

What items can I emboss?

Any belt and most accessories can be embossed subject to space. We can emboss on both plain or textured leather (so either on the inside or outside) but please bear in mind that if we emboss on textured leather there is a chance that you will see small breakage lines in the foil due to the uneven nature of the surface.

What positions can I have my items embossed in?

Belts can be embossed in 2 different positions, either towards the tip end of the belt or close to the buckle end. The Initials can be embossed in either landscape or portrait orientation. All of these options will be offered when adding personalisation to your cart. By default we emboss on the INSIDE of belts. If you would like us to emboss on the OUTSIDE please let us know this in the customer comment section and we will do our best to accommodate dependent on leather type)

For accessories due to the variety of permutations we have to use our best judgement as to where to place the emboss. When adding personalisation to your cart you will have the option to select to have the embossing either inside or outside. Our embossing specialist will then use his discretion to select the best location for embossing.

How much does it cost?

We offer a standard price of £15 for up to 3 letters.

How long will this take?

If you choose to have initials added to one of your purchases please allow 7 days from the date of order for the item to be ready for shipment. 

Exchange/Refund/Returns

Once an item is personalised it unfortunately cannot be exchanged or refunded. We can of course still shorten any belt style that is too large.

Description

If you don't already have an orange belt then look no further - this is the one for you! This type of colour is much more versatile than you might imagine, a perfect pairing with denim or on lighter summer tones...Here at Elliot Rhodes we have always been fond of our mock croc effect belts, this incarnation takes us back to 2004 when we started out and over the last few years we have gradually been resurrecting it in some new colour tones. For this season we are being a little bold with this vibrant Tangerine tone but we feel that the texture with its mix of smooth flank and raised spines, plus the darker veins give the belt some real character and depth, making it surprisingly wearable. We really liked the pairing with our aged silver bamboo effect buckle - the way the ridges imitate the spines of the belt below is a nice touch and the colour a crisp contrast against the Tangerine toned leather.  Dress it up or dress it down either way works - A great belt as a companion to denim, perfect to brighten up autumnal greys and blacks and also superb on white in summer.

Delivery

Orders made by midday BST will be despatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (with the exception of Public Holidays) and delivered on working days.
