Embossing Information

We are pleased to be able to offer an embossing service so that you can personalise your belts or accessories. Having your initials discreetly embossed adds a classy finishing touch and of course if you are buying something as a gift then adding initials is really lovely detail.

So...a few things to know about our embossing service :

What can I emboss?

You are able to emboss up to 3 initials without spaces/punctuation. For the moment we cannot emboss numbers or dates but hope to be able to offer this service soon.

Font type / Size

Our letters are UPPERCASE in Times New Roman font - the font is 6mm high

What items can I emboss?

Any belt and most accessories can be embossed subject to space. We can emboss on both plain or textured leather (so either on the inside or outside) but please bear in mind that if we emboss on textured leather there is a chance that you will see small breakage lines in the foil due to the uneven nature of the surface.

What positions can I have my items embossed in?

Belts can be embossed in 2 different positions, either towards the tip end of the belt or close to the buckle end. The Initials can be embossed in either landscape or portrait orientation. All of these options will be offered when adding personalisation to your cart. By default we emboss on the INSIDE of belts. If you would like us to emboss on the OUTSIDE please let us know this in the customer comment section and we will do our best to accommodate dependent on leather type)

For accessories due to the variety of permutations we have to use our best judgement as to where to place the emboss. When adding personalisation to your cart you will have the option to select to have the embossing either inside or outside. Our embossing specialist will then use his discretion to select the best location for embossing.

How much does it cost?

We offer a standard price of £15 for up to 3 letters.

How long will this take?

If you choose to have initials added to one of your purchases please allow 7 days from the date of order for the item to be ready for shipment. 

Exchange/Refund/Returns

Once an item is personalised it unfortunately cannot be exchanged or refunded. We can of course still shorten any belt style that is too large.

Description

If you've decided to take a closer look at this belt then you've made a good decision, it really is an eye-catching design with its Mid Atlantic tones and beguiling turquoise prong buckle! Truth be told this belt is crafted from a leather from our archive that we missed so much that we decided the time was right to bring it back into the fold. There is something about the leather with its vibrant Atlantic Blue tone overlaid onto a deeper base that make this belt eminently wearable and incredibly versatile. Of course its mock lizard texture gives it wonderful definition and at the same time makes it incredibly tactile too. In the end this is a belt that gives you a fun contrast effect whilst at the same time being mellow and tonal. When we were contemplating a buckle choice we felt compelled to try out this little prong style buckle with its Czech glass cabochon stone detail. The buckle design is sleek and unobtrusive in its aged silver finish, but the turquoise effect stone really adds a lovely finishing touch, its colour picking up on the lighter of the blue tones residing in the leather below. Of course any belt with turquoise in it tends to give off a Western vibe so this belt will of course be perfect paired up with denim but for sure it will also be fabulous on darker toned outfits, giving them a little contemporary warmth and contrast colour.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Orders made by midday BST will be despatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (with the exception of Public Holidays) and delivered on working days.
