Embossing Information

We are pleased to be able to offer an embossing service so that you can personalise your belts or accessories. Having your initials discreetly embossed adds a classy finishing touch and of course if you are buying something as a gift then adding initials is really lovely detail.

So...a few things to know about our embossing service :

What can I emboss?

You are able to emboss up to 3 initials without spaces/punctuation. For the moment we cannot emboss numbers or dates but hope to be able to offer this service soon.

Font type / Size

Our letters are UPPERCASE in Times New Roman font - the font is 6mm high

What items can I emboss?

Any belt and most accessories can be embossed subject to space. We can emboss on both plain or textured leather (so either on the inside or outside) but please bear in mind that if we emboss on textured leather there is a chance that you will see small breakage lines in the foil due to the uneven nature of the surface.

What positions can I have my items embossed in?

Belts can be embossed in 2 different positions, either towards the tip end of the belt or close to the buckle end. The Initials can be embossed in either landscape or portrait orientation. All of these options will be offered when adding personalisation to your cart. By default we emboss on the INSIDE of belts. If you would like us to emboss on the OUTSIDE please let us know this in the customer comment section and we will do our best to accommodate dependent on leather type)

For accessories due to the variety of permutations we have to use our best judgement as to where to place the emboss. When adding personalisation to your cart you will have the option to select to have the embossing either inside or outside. Our embossing specialist will then use his discretion to select the best location for embossing.

How much does it cost?

We offer a standard price of £15 for up to 3 letters.

How long will this take?

If you choose to have initials added to one of your purchases please allow 7 days from the date of order for the item to be ready for shipment. 

Exchange/Refund/Returns

Once an item is personalised it unfortunately cannot be exchanged or refunded. We can of course still shorten any belt style that is too large.

Description

If you are thinking of adding a vintage feeling mock croc belt strap to your arsenal then this new Luisiana croc design should be a strong contender. In actual fact this belt strap has the wonderful attribute of showcasing a multitude of tones making it supremely versatile. Crafted with a new vintage finish it reminds me of an old Sepia photo - the tones are muted and mellow with the soft beige tones naturally progressing into a mix of earthy brown tones with paler veins, the pattern then repeating throughout the belt. This is the sort of belt that will be a go to on linens and whites in summer, also ideal on beige (chinos for example), khaki or light earthy tones. Come Autumn it will come in handy on darker earthy tones too. Of course always a natural partner to your jeans. Think about adding a buckle that has some sort of gold undertone, antique, bleached, aged...whatever you choose will be the right tone to go with the leather and give a warm feel. In terms of style you can go basic or go crazy...so long as you keep the things working tonally you will be just fine. A belt that is really stylish and different - a great wardrobe addition and guaranteed to be a one you turn to frequently.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Orders made by midday BST will be despatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (with the exception of Public Holidays) and delivered on working days.
